During holidays or special shop events, processing times may be slightly longer — thank you for your patience and understanding.

Tracking Your Order

Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service or customs, but we’ll do our best to help you locate your package. If your order appears lost, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.
